How does all of this work?

How much does personal training cost?

Contact me, Rachel, for more information about exact numbers. It depends on the number of times per week you train, and where you live. I guarantee an excellent value and results for your investment in your fitness.

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions are typically performed in the client’s apartment gym or in the apartment unit.

If the client has a specific request to train at a particular gym, we can proceed to find out if there is permission needed to train at a different fitness facility. However, please be advised that any fee to train at said gym will be absorbed by the client.

How long does each session last?

30-60 minutes, depending on your plan.

Do I have to train on the same days each week?

You can train on the days that work for you, whether they are consistent from week to week or not. Consistency is preferred but not required. The only requirement is that you schedule sessions the previous week and do not cancel within 24 hours of the session.

I don't live in New York City, but I still want to work with you!

I offer remote coaching, and frequently run online groups. Clients have amazing results from remote coaching. Contact me to request being part of the next group!

How do I schedule personal training?

Contact me via e-mail to set up a consultation, and your schedule will be determined collaboratively.
