How much does personal training cost?

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions are typically performed in the client’s apartment gym. If desired, sessions can take place in the apartment unit, although this is dependent upon the amount of space in the unit. Sessions can also take place outdoors.

If the client has a specific request to train at a particular gym, we can proceed to find out if there is permission needed to train at a different fitness facility.

How long does each session last?

30-90 minutes, depending on your plan.

Do I have to train on the same days each week?

You can train on the days that work for you, whether they are consistent from week to week or not. Consistency is preferred but not required. The only requirement is that you schedule sessions the previous week and do not cancel within 24 hours of the session.

Is group training available?

Whether you want to work out with a friend or with your entire bridal party, packages can be created for groups of two or more. Contact me to find out if group training is right for you!

How do I schedule personal training?
