How It Works
As a married lady myself, as well as the trainer of many bridal clients in NYC, I understand how to leverage nutrition and exercise to look and feel your best for your wedding day. To best set you up for success, here are the requirements for the Bridal Fitness NYC program:
- We need at least 6 months to prepare.
- We need to meet 2-4 times per week so that you get the best results.
- You will have nutrition and exercise “homework” that you do on your own.
- You will need to have an apartment gym or access to a commercial gym.
